a. Placing Orders:

You can place orders for products listed on the Site by adding them to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process. During checkout, you will be required to provide your contact information, delivery address, and payment details.

b. Payment:

RestBazar may use a third-party payment processor to process payments. You agree to the terms and conditions of such third-party payment processor. RestBazar does not store your full credit card information.

c. Order Confirmation:

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee the availability of the product or service. RestBazar reserves the right to cancel your order at any time before dispatch due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasons.

d. Order Cancellation:

You may be able to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact RestBazar customer service for assistance with order cancellation.

4. Delivery

RestBazar will deliver your order to the address you specify during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method. RestBazar is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bangladesh Arbitration Center. The arbitration shall be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
